Delivery Method
We use Lalamove for same-day and scheduled deliveries within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within a 10 km radius from our fulfillment location:
📍 322 C P. Guevarra Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines
For locations beyond this radius, delivery may be subject to availability or additional charges.
Delivery Timeframe

Same-day delivery: Orders placed within operating hours may be delivered on the same day.

Standard delivery window: 1–3 hours after booking (depending on traffic and rider availability)
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note:

Shipping rates are based on estimated delivery distance and may vary slightly depending on actual booking conditions.

Any excess or savings from the actual delivery fee will be absorbed by the store.
Payment Options
We offer two delivery payment options:

Customers pay for the order and shipping fee during checkout.

A Lalamove rider will deliver your order directly.

No additional payment is required upon delivery.
💵 2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment will be collected by the rider upon delivery.

📌 Important Notes for COD:

Please prepare the exact amount in cash.

The rider will collect full payment upon delivery.

Orders will only be handed over once payment is completed.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within our business hours.

Once your order is ready, a Lalamove rider will be booked for delivery.

You may receive updates once your order is dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

Customer is unreachable

Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

Customer refuses to accept or pay (for COD orders)
In such cases:

Re-delivery fees may apply

Orders may be cancelled at the store’s discretion
